What is it?

A strategic alliance is a partnership or collaboration between two or more firms to achieve mutual business goals. A strategic alliance can take many forms, but it is crucial to identify the right partners and structure a deal that will make a combined impact greater than each company’s impact alone.

How long does it take?

The road to forming successful alliances can take 4-6 months. We break down the process into three main stages:

  • Stage 1 (1-2 months): strategic consulting where we analyze the opportunities in the market based on your company’s core capabilities. At the end of this stage we will form a target list of potential strategic partners to approach
  • Stage 2 (1-2 months): reaching out to potential strategic partners to create the relationships to promote strategic development. At this stage we will qualify the serious partners and begin building a joint business plan
  • Stage 3 (two months): finalizing an agreement an begin implementation
Even after stage 3, we remain hands-on for the strategic development process to ensure the pre-defined KPIs are met.

Am I eligible?

The main parameter for forming strategic alliances with other companies is having a product that is already selling in at least one market.
